I tried to reassure her: \u201cYou are coming back after months of hard physical and spiritual work. Are you sure this is what you need right now?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.scu.edu\/writeherewritenow\/files\/2011\/10\/IMG_0054.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-276\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-276\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.scu.edu\/writeherewritenow\/files\/2011\/10\/IMG_0054.jpg\" alt=\"tomato slice\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>As we pay more attention to our spiritual journey, let also remember the sacredness of our body. How many times do you deny yourself the rest, refreshment and nurturing that your body needs before entering a new project?\u00a0 Remembering the sacred connection between mind, body and soul restores our balance and help us to see our lives as a whole. Do you regard yourself as a whole person?
