I interviewed randomly selected students walking around the SCU campus. I attempted to search for participants at busy hours of the day, so that I may increase likelihood of generalizability.
Here is my video that presents the issue of unknown prejudice among SCU students.

Now I expected more students to talk about race when speaking about themselves and their friends, but no one talked about this when I asked them to characterize themselves and others. I find this quite interesting, and this may show that people do not focus on race when characterizing people. However, when I asked them to talk about their friends and if they are racially diverse, they all said that they had a somewhat diverse friend base. Now this may be due to bias since I am asking such a question, but this would only be determined by distributing a random anonymous survey.
Simply, students on the SCU campus can be hiding the truth. Further, indepth research may be required. Examples of such research are on the following page.
