As the use of the Internet is constantly increasing and expanding, we must consider the separate cultures that are being created due to this massive population of web browsers.<\/p>\n<p>Now, there are certain qualifications to consider when determining whether something is an Internet culture. Some criterion would be that it is solely monitored on computer screens and that it should rely on knowledge and information exchange. Internet culture also provides an open space for people to interact, no matter where they may be or come from. Likewise,\u00a0<em>Neopets<\/em> gives children of all ages a safe place to interact with other children.
