Important Terms to Keep in Mind:

Neopets– a virtual pet community with free games, shopping, auctions, chats and more!

Ethnography- customs of people and cultures.

Internet Culture- a culture that has emerged and continues to emerge from the use of computer networks.

Virtual pet- an artificial companion, usually kept for companionship and enjoyment. People may keep a virtual pet in exchange for a real pet.
