As some of you might have noticed, our new SCU Gmail accounts do not currently forward our Groupwise emails into our new inboxes.\u00a0 To do this, we have to create a new rule in Groupwise.\u00a0 The following instructions will differ slightly if you are using the online-based Groupwise or the actual software.<\/p>\n
If you are using Groupwise online:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.Go to Options<\/strong> and then click on Rules<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 2. Change the type to Forward<\/strong> and click Create<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 3. Type in a Rule Name<\/strong> ex: Groupwise to Google<\/p>\n 4. Fill in the To:<\/strong> field with your username accompanied by the gmail domain name<\/strong>: @gapps.scu.edu<\/a>\u00a0 ex: tstudent@gapps.scu.ecu<\/p>\n 5. Once you click Save<\/strong>, the rule is complete and you emails should show up in your gmail account now.<\/p>\n If you are using the Groupwise software: 2. Click New…<\/strong> and type in a Rule Name<\/strong> ex: Groupwise to Google<\/p>\n 3. Check the boxes for Received<\/strong> and Mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n 4. Click Add Action <\/strong>and select Forward as Attachment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 5. Fill in the To:<\/strong> field with your email username followed by the gmail domain<\/strong>: @gapps.scu.edu<\/a>\u00a0 ex: tstudent@gapps.scu.edu<\/a><\/p>\n 6.
