I&#8217;ve had 3 calls in the past week. One at 874 Lafayette and 2 in Learning commons. This has been seen on the computers in the learning commons.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222\">1- Uninstall KB2862330 but don&#8217;t restart the computer after the uninstall.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222\">2- Do a search for updates in Windows updates.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222\">3- Click on &#8216;Important Updates&#8217; and find KB2862330 and uncheck and hide update by right clicking on the update and selecting &#8216;Hide Update&#8217;. (Don&#8217;t install updates yet)<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222\">4- Run another search for Windows updates and check &#8216;Important Updates&#8217; to make sure KB2529073 shows up.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222\">5- Install all updates and restart computer after updates are installed.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After updating computers the mouse and keyboards stop working. \u00a0The Windows update issue that blocks the USB drivers is back.
