The various stores that we have visited show that “the summer of love” is still very much alive on Haight Street. Haight and Ashbury was the epicenter of a movement and that movement still exists today in the vintage clothing stores, smoking stores and even in the restaurants. When walking up and down Haight Street you will feel the bohemian vibe coming not only from the stores but from the people there too. Haight street is a beautiful place in the way that it preserves the culture of the 60’s and continues the peace, love and happiness.
