Video talks about California and the water crisis that is present here. There are many towns that do not have clean tap water and cannot drink the water that comes out of their pipes. These families have to go and buy bottled water monthly just so that there is water that they can safely consume. This is a huge problem that should not be occurring, especially when water is considered a natural right.
