Specifically how it causes GHG emissions and how we can start trying to raise cattle in a more sustainable way. They believe that we don’t have to stop eating red meat entirely, but we will have to curb our diets to some degree to limit the amount of red meat produced throughout the world. In reality, beef production is a major leader in world greenhouse gas emissions and must be addressed on a global scale.
