So, what is the benefit of it?\u00a0In the visualization, users can explore news stories or related images by following links provided within the Tableau dashboard for thousands of different data points.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a good example provided by the following link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/public.tableau.com\/shared\/BCTCC8K6H?:toolbar=no&amp;:display_count=yes\">https:\/\/public.tableau.com\/shared\/BCTCC8K6H?:toolbar=no&amp;:display_count=yes<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Clicking on any location will open a new browser with a Google Image Search for that location. Then how to do it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google search the images of the locations and copy the URL that appears in the browser. (e.g: the link of Kansas City is https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=kansas+city&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=isch&amp;sa=X&amp;ved )<\/li>\n<li>Go to any of the dashboard &#8216;Dashboard&gt;Actions&gt; URL&#8217;. Paste the URL you just copied. Replace the actually useful portion of the URL for the query, which is the text immediately following the \u201c?q=\u201d, with a field from your data.<\/li>\n<li>Add the field from your data source (e.g: I want to change the city location) , for which the information you want to change interactively by clicking the arrow that appears next to the empty URL box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone \" src=\"http:\/\/www.evolytics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/URL-Dashboard-Action-for-Google-Image-Search-Tableau.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"322\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finished!
