I was Co-Founder and Northern California Division President, Website Co-Manager, Social Media Manager, Street Promotion Manager and Artist Contact of a website and production company called The Filth. The Filth was a music blog and promotional production company a friend and I started in 2009. Since our debut we have seen exponential increase in fan support and public recognition. At our peak we hosted 40,000 unique views and over 80,000 downloads every month. The Filth has been relied on several times to head marketing campaigns for events. We have also been relied on to be the main source of promotion, helping to sell out events that have exceeded 2,000 person capacity.
For a Communication class called Internet Culture that I took in the winter of 2012, we were required to create a website with Kompozer. The website showcased the work we did that quarter including a Podcast, personal pages, our resume, a fully functioning blog component, as well a pages about what we hope to do after college. I added an additional component that showcased the talent represented with Rage Face Records. The picture is hyperlinked to the website.
