My name is Prutha Barot. I am currently a sophomore at Santa Clara University, and my major is biology. I was born in Virginia and just moved to San Jose, California six months ago. Some of my hobbies include traveling, cooking, and reading.

I am currently enrolled in an Intro to Digital Writing and Web Publication class. I took this course because it seemed like something new that I had not done before. In this course, my goals are that I want to learn how to, first, create my own blog, write on my own blog, and comment on the blogs of others. I am excited to learn this as well as to do the iTour project.

Being a Biology major, I think this course will offer me an avenue to look into something new as well as learn to be more technology friendly.
